a) Data Controller
Please be informed that we, as Tunalar Otomotiv Ticaret A.Ş., Tunalar Motorlu Araçlar Ticaret A.Ş., M.N.B Oto Kiralama Nakliyat Ticaret A.Ş., M.N.B. Bilişim Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş., TUNALAR Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (shall be hereinafter referred to as “Tunalar”) process your personal data in our capacity as the data controller under the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (shall be hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”) and other relevant legislation.
b) The Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data Your personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:
Your personel data,
• Management of the process of selection and placement of candidate employees,
• Carrying out the application process of the candidate employees,
• Planning of human resources process,
• Carrying out communication activities
in accordance with the justification of the necessity of processing the personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the execution and enforcement of a contract as specified in the article 5 (2) of KVKK.
c) The method and justification of collection of personal data
Your personal data shall be obtained in electronic and physical environment using non-automated methods described below based on the justifications specified in the article 5 (2) of KVKK:
• Forwarding the CV Details of the candidate through reference,
• Forwarding the CV details of the candidate from recruitment platforms,
• Forwarding the CV details by physically filling out the job application form,
• Forwarding the CV details by physically filling out the job application form over our website.
d) To Whom and for Which Purposes the Processed Personal Data may be Transferred
Your personal data processed by our company shall be transferred to the companies of our group by obtaining your explicit consent for the purpose of fulfillment of the purposes specified in the paragraph (b) of this privacy statement. Pursuant to the article 8(2)(a) of KVKK, your personal data may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations if necessary or if requested for the fulfillment of legal obligations under the relevant legislation without any need to seek the explicit consent of the relevant person.
e) Transfer To Abroad
We undertake not to transfer your above-mentioned personal data to abroad.
f) Your rights under the article 11 of KVKK
As data subject, you have rights under the scope of the article 11 of KVKK and you may forward your requests concerning those rights to our board after filling out all the information stated in the Data Subject Application Form, , using any of the methods specified below pursuant to the article 11 and paragraph 1 of the article 13 of KVKK.

g) Changes and Updates
This privacy statement was issued under the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant legislation. Changes may be made on this privacy statement in line with the changes in the relevant legislation and/or the purposes and policies of the company concerning the processing of personal data.
